Based on a subscription model and built on bullet-proof enterprise software, Intercept Music’s service enables music artists to quickly and easily populate their social media platforms with content. The clean and intuitive interface is built to manage the content musicians create, and turns a normally manual process into automated posting machine that can schedule posts months in advance. Beyond that, Intercept Music also distributes music tracks to hundreds of the world’s top music download stores and every major streaming service in the U.S. and internationally. Adding to the artist-focused features, Intercept Music also processes artist payments. This suite of software and services is packed with features that are essential to artists, but also makes for a communications challenge because of the sheer depth and breadth of the feature set. This is where CMC has helped, by taking a major feat of engineering and making it compelling to creative audiences. The Intercept Music website is the heart of the business. We helped refine the user flow from initial contact through sales proposition through conversion to sale, tailoring messages for every step of the way. Our communications on the site are designed to push users from initial interest to further down the conversion funnel, where the online resources and live telephone/chat functions take over to complete the sales. Communications include internal communications to board, advisors, and stakeholders; external communications to customers and potential customers; technical documentation for customer on-boarding; external communications for advertising and social media; and website content.
